This script allows the manual letsencrypt process to be much less painful. Put the script in your letsencrypt directory, modify the "State," "town," and "email address" fields. Then run the script with as many trailing domains as you would like. For example "./automatessl.sh www.example1.com example1.com www.example2.com." This will generate 1 cert with all the domains entered, this will not create separate certs per domain.
